At the end of the process, you will receive in your email the result of the admission process and the enrollment order (regular entry). If you enter by means of external transfer, internal transfer, simultaneous program or as a graduate to another program, you must register an application for homologation. Once the Office of Academic Registration (79th Street No. 11-54, 2nd floor) notifies you of the result of the homologation, you will receive the enrollment order (Student Regulation – Article 40).

According to the following information, select the type of income that corresponds to you in the registration form:

Regular income (Student Regulations – Article 19)
For all purposes, the entry as a regular student refers to the person enrolled in any of the formal programs offered by the EAN University. This type of income covers applicants who enter the Institution for the first time and do not carry out the homologation process.

Income by external transfer (Student Regulations – Article 20)
This is the income of a student who comes from another Institution of Higher Education legally recognized or from the institutions with which the EAN University has signed inter-institutional agreements. In this type of admission, in addition to the admission requirements, it is required:

The certificates of the studied and approved studies, with the specifications on hour intensity, credits and obtained qualification. The qualification scale applied by the educational institution of origin and the minimum grade of approval must be clarified.
The programmatic contents of the studies carried out, issued by the institution of origin, that are intended to be approved by units of study at the EAN University (except in those cases in which homologation is contemplated within the framework of an inter-institutional agreement).
Certificate of the institution of origin, indicating that there was no sanction for a serious fault.

For admission by external transfer, the required documents must have an expedition of no more than 180 calendar days to be delivered within the registration dates stipulated by the EAN University, except for the programmatic content document issued by the institution of origin (Student Regulation Article 20 – Paragraph).

Homologation: for the homologation study you must previously cancel the pecuniary rights for its concept (Student Regulation – Article 38).

Study of the homologation request: homologation requests will be studied in the respective faculty. It corresponds to the dean, or whoever takes his / her turn, to authorize the homologation of the corresponding study units and to communicate to the Academic Registry the result (Student Regulations – Article 39).

Results of the homologation study: the result of any homologation study will be definitive and will be recorded in an act that will be incorporated into the documents presented by the applicant or in the student’s resume, as applicable. In all cases, the homologation request must be made before the registration process (Student Regulations – Article 40).

Income by internal transfer (Student Regulation – Article 21)
It is the income of a student under the change from one academic program to another, within the programs offered by the EAN University.

In addition to the requirements established in the admission process, an application for internal transfer and homologation is required.

In order for the interested party to request the internal transfer, it is essential that he / she has reported the final grades of the study units of the last academic period, which is up to date in all cases with the EAN University and that accepts the academic, administrative and current financial

Admission for simultaneous programs (Student Regulations – Article 22)
It is the income that occurs when a student simultaneously attends academic programs at the EAN University. In addition to the requirements established in the registration and admission, it is required:

Have enrolled and completed all the study units of the first semester or level, of the initial program or of origin.
Enroll and study the entire curriculum of the initial or original academic program.
Admission of graduates to another program (Student Regulation – Article 23)

It occurs when a graduate starts another program at the EAN University, applying to an admission process derived from a first program completed at the Institution. To enter another program, in addition to the requirements established in the registration, it is required:
Formulate application for homologation of study units before the Academic Registry office.
To be a graduate of a program studied at the EAN University.

With the formalization of the registration, the student abides by the Educational Model, accepts and undertakes to comply with the Student Regulations and the other provisions that govern the functioning of the EAN University (Student Regulations Article 27 – First Paragraph).
The specializations that make up the portfolio of academic programs taught by the EAN University require a level of English that allows students to read and understand reference texts in this language.
The value corresponding to registration fees will not be refunded, nor can it be paid to other payments that must be made by the candidate of the EAN University (Student Regulation Article 15).
Applicants for virtual undergraduate degrees must meet the minimum conditions to access the virtual platform of the EAN University: a PC or laptop with Intel Core 2 Duo processor or higher, AMD Turión or higher; 2 Gigabyte RAM; hard drive of 80 gigs; sound card with microphone and speakers (recommended the use of headphones with integrated microphone); Internet connection, 4M broadband to access the Collaborate Streaming; operating systems Microsoft Windows 7 or higher, Mac OS 10.6, Linux Ubuntu 11.10; Supported browsers: Firefox, Chrome, Safari 4.0., Safari 5.0., Safari 5.1.
Applicants who have been admitted to a formal program at EAN University and who can not begin their studies, will be postponed for up to two (2) academic periods and only once (Student Regulations – Article 17). The reactivation of the quota will be made by request, sent by the admitted through the Admissions portal, entering ‘Online Services’ and selecting the option ‘Reactivation of quota’.
After the aforementioned period the applicant will lose the quota within the Institution and there will be no reimbursement of the pecuniary rights paid for any concept. In addition, the EAN University is not responsible for the documentation provided; those who were admitted and did not register may withdraw the documentation delivered in the month following the start date of academic activities.

Ethics and social responsibility (3 credits)
The role of management in health services and the comprehensive guarantee of the right to health of citizens and their communities, requires a reflection of professional practice from ethical thinking. In the unit, a position will be established around the role of the health service provider organization and its responsibilities to the state and society as a whole.
Health risk management (3 credits)
Health risk management appears as an efficient way to identify opportunities and help improve the functioning of organizations providing health recovery services, health insurers or public health institutions, whether public or private. The objective of risk management in health is to ensure that the process and its controls guarantee that risks are minimized and that the objectives of the organization are going to be achieved.
Management of the provision of health services (3 credits)
The manager or process leader in the health sector organizations must propose management models for the provision of health services, which are defined as the necessary mechanisms to guarantee access, optimize the use of resources and improve the quality of services that lend themselves to the population. The integrated and coordinated management of insurance and social protection, includes the management of financial risk, health risk, representation of the affiliate before the provider, articulation of services and quality assurance in the provision of the same, and of the companies insurers or those in charge of the management of social protection. The students of the Master’s program will discuss and design strategies for the organization of insurance, affiliation management, contracting management of providers, management of service authorization and medical audit from insurance, within the framework of the social insurance model implemented by the General System of Social Security in Health.

The processes of auditing, accreditation and management of health quality are the systematic and continuous mechanism of evaluation and improvement of the quality observed, with respect to the expected quality of health care received by users. The leaders and managers of health sector organizations must manage the provision of health services to individual and collective users in an accessible and equitable manner and with high quality standards.
Management simulation (3 credits)
The students of the Master’s program require the resolution of their own and dynamic problems of the organization in Health.
